Rabat – Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan chaired, on Sunday in Meshuar in Rabat, the awarding ceremony of King Mohammed VI Showjumping Grand Prix, as part of the three-day official competition by the Royal Guard.
At his arrival to Meshuar, Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted by Gen. Mimoun Mansouri, Commander of the Royal Guard.
After reviewing a detachment of the Royal Guard which was paying the honors, Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted mainly by minister of youth and sports Lahcen Sekkouri and Gen. Hosni Benslimane, chairman of the Moroccan National Olympic Committee.
Afterwards, the Crown Prince headed for the VIP stand to watch the final of the HM King Mohammed VI Showjumping Grand Prix, won by captain Abdelfatah Outenrhrine riding Zadkine W, with a time of 40.47.
At the end of the competition, held under the aegis of the Moroccan Royal Federation for Equestrian Sports (FRMSE), Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan handed the trophy of King Mohammed VI Showjumping Grand Prix to captain Abdelfatah Outenrhrine.
He also handed prizes to other finalist horse-riders, namely lieutenant colonel Zakaria Boubouh riding Cheetah 6 (2nd), Johan Legoff riding Cher V (3rd), Farid Amanzar riding Arosina (4th) and the same Farid Amanzar riding another horse Pegase de Caverie.
Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan handed afterwards the trophy bearing his name to rider Mohamed Al Ahrach, winner of Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan Showjumping Prize.
